Since there are so many hosts in the agency, and we need things to be more automated so we can spend more of our time getting more accomplished, we need all of our hosts to follow these guidelines when replacing their PKs. This is going to help save us time, and standardize things so there is no guessing and no follow up questions are needed. Use the format to the left and copy and paste the information into the Host Chat, with the proper information filled in.
With the no-show replacement form, It’s very important to make sure the replacement ID is correct. If you are the replacement for somebody else, THE MAIN HOST’s agency must submit this form. Not every agency is as diligent as we are, so beware when being an agency replacement for somebody else because it might not get done right.
